What the system does, it will generate a attendance report although the system will have the additional provisional time for one hour thereby allowing sufficient time to confirm that all the students who turned up for the school in that particular day do get through access of the System Device.

  3. This will nullify the entire manual counting and keying into the system of the students.

  4. Not only will it have periodical reporting being generated during the day and for the month, but also it will generate Bi-annual report as well as annual report.

  5. Secondly all the parents of the absenting students will automatically be alerted through our simulated Short Messaging Service of their child’s absence from the school.

  6. This SMS will be delivered to them instantly wherever they are during their morning busy hours as now every parent are easily accessible in their mobile phones as most of the parents of the Child are working. This will enable them to ascertain the whereabouts of the child and the same time the child also will be very circumspect in unduly absenting

1. Memory Card



A Memory card is also called a debit card, which means that their parameters are based on a prepaid mechanism. The value store on a memory chip is deducted as per the way of usage. The security logic in the memory chip makes sure that this card cannot be re-loaded. The data is stored in the card’s EEPROM (Electronically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory).     Biometric systems are widely used today in different interesting applications. Even though the hotel industry has some instances of biometric room access systems, hotel payment confirmation has yet to be implemented. To find how such a biometric system should be designed, we theoretically analyze different models of biometric systems. Fingerprint systems used alone and with gender filtering, face recognition or identification elements are discussed. The architecture of a biometric system for transaction confirmation in hotels is then proposed based on the analytical findings. We have found that a fingerprint system with an identification element is the most appropriate for hotel payment confirmation. Based on the given results a general design of a device for wireless biometric transaction confirmation is also proposed.
